The Air Blast Freezer is a freezing method for instant or semi-instant foods that were cut as pieces or chunks and were blowwed with -40 C fresh cold air in 7-10 hours . The Contact Freezer is a freezing method for chunked foods that were freezed by cooling metal plate direct touch with -40 C in 2 hours. The Individual Quick Frozen (IQF) is a freezing method for pieced foods by using Ammonia(NH3) or Carbon dioxide(CO2) integrated machinery between -40 to -80 C in 15 -30 minutes.
